and Cancellation Policy We stand behind our products and is evidenced by our five year limited warranty. We have a return policy provided you follow simple policy. You must contact our office within 48 hours of receiving the product once it has been delivered. We will issue a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) for your shipment. You must ship the product back in original packaging to the address we will give with the RGA. Once received back in and inspected we will refund your original purchase price EXCLUDING shipping costs. You must also ship the product back at your expense. We only issue RGA numbers from our Customer Service Main Office 888 808 2253. Product received in our warehouse without RGA numbers will be turned away and returned back to customer by shipping company.
