is shipping or freight costs ? To get this information we must know where we are shipping, what we are shipping, and to what type of facility (i.e. Church, School, Commercial Business, or Residential). Shipping charges are based upon total weight of product, shipping class of product, and location of shipping destination. Residential deliveries will cost more in

What does the freight company do at delivery ? For commercial deliveries with a dock: the freight company driver will back the truck to the dock and someone at your facility with a fork lift will unload the pallets. For commercial deliveries without a dock: the freight company driver will move the pallets to the back of the trailer and hand load down the boxes to someone on the ground. For Residential deliveries: the freight company driver will pull up to the curb in front and move the product to the back of the trailer and then will hand load down to someone on the ground. The drivers will not unbox the product or deliver inside unless you have paid a special service charge for such. The driver will not wait for the product to be unboxed and will not take the packaging back with trailer.
