| Deliveries Product is scheduled for delivery by our chosen carries when the order is completed. The carrier will deliever Mon-Fri during normal business hours and delivery must be taken at that time. If the carrier has to re-deliver, then the redelivery fee will be your responsibility with the carrier. The freight company will not bring the product inside nor will they unbox or set up the product. Generally, the driver will move the product to the back of the trailer and down-load to someone on the ground by hand. |

| Damaged
Product This is a very urgent and important matter. All product will be shipped in corrugated box. If you notice any boxes that appear to be torn, crushed, cut, or etc. please open and inspect those boxes. Any damage must be notated on the BOL (bill of lading) the driver will have that must be signed. If damaged product is verified, the best option is to refuse ONLY those boxes which have damaged product. This is the only way to get the product replaced. Any product damaged but not notated on the BOL or refused may not be replaced. This will be at the discretion of the shipping company.
